This is going to be a short post. The writer’s have been on strike for a few months now. The actors have joined the picket line. If you have been under a rock and didn’t know: they get paid like shit for those awesome shows/movies we all love.
Not always, but too often. And those re-watches we all love on Netflix on a Friday night? Yeah….. ain’t getting those folks paid.
Anyway, they are doing what they are supposed to do and telling management “fine, then we won’t work at all.”
I support them. I support them verbally and financially. I AM still working (since I’m not in a union industry and don’t get paid to write…) I am donating and I will say if you can help out as well here are some links you can use to help.

Eric Passoja posted on Facebook (I know, I’m old) about his likeness being used in a video game after he played a geneticist in “Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare” (there was a CoD movie??). How his image was used in the video game…. he didn’t have any input. Didn’t know it was happening. And – didn’t get paid for it.
I support the writers (and now the actors).
